Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for defective or incorrect products that are unopened and in their original condition. Please contact us first before returning anything.
We accept returns only if:

The product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging, and

The product was sent to you in error (e.g., wrong item or quantity).
We cannot accept returns for any opened, used, or perishable goods due to food safety regulations.
If your order qualifies for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item by emailing info@standrewsbakery.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
Returns must be approved in advance. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your items are damaged in transit or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@standrewsbakery.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. However, to qualify:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at info@standrewsbakery.com.
