Where We Ship

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

While we are not set up for general international shipping, we do work with a small number of established business customers outside the UK. If you're a retailer or distributor based internationally and are interested in stocking our products, please contact us at info@standrewsbakery.com to discuss potential arrangements.


Fulfilment & Delivery Times

We use two fulfilment methods, depending on the size and type of order:

Consumer Orders

  • Fulfilled via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF)

  • Delivery Method: Expedited Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–4 working days

  • Shipping Cost: Free

Larger or Business Orders

  • Fulfilled directly by our distribution partner

  • Handling Time: 1–2 working days

  • Delivery Method: Royal Mail 48

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 working days

  • Shipping Cost:

    • £7.50 for orders under £100

    • Free UK delivery for orders over £100


Tracking Information

Not all orders include automatic tracking. Where available, tracking numbers are updated in your Shopify account or emailed directly. If you haven't received tracking and would like an update, please contact us at info@standrewsbakery.com, and we’ll provide any available tracking information.


Packaging

Orders fulfilled by Amazon may arrive in Amazon-branded or eco-packaging, depending on stock location.
Orders shipped by our distributor use standard packaging and are not currently eco-friendly or custom-branded.


Failed or Delayed Deliveries

In the rare event of a delivery issue (e.g. undelivered or delayed parcels), please contact us at info@standrewsbakery.com as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

We currently manage such cases individually, and always aim to make things right.


International Orders & Customs

Although we are not actively offering international shipping through the website, we do support a limited number of business relationships overseas. These shipments are sent on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis, which means the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes.

We ensure all customs documentation is completed correctly on dispatch, but occasional delays at customs may still occur.
